Question: Do I need to be present at time of delivery?
Answer: Yes, you absolutely must be present and of legal age (18 or over) to sign the liability waiver,
go over a few brief safety rules and make payment. We run a very specific delivery schedule and if
You are not available when we arrive we may have to leave to be on time to our next delivery.
Question: What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: Cash or Check at time of delivery. All checks must be accompanied with a valid drivers license
name on check must match name on license, no out of state checks, no checks under $150.00
Question: Is adult supervision required?
Answer: Adult supervision is always required! You are responsible for the safety of the children under
Your care!
Question: Are inflatable moonwalks/slides safe?
Answer: Absolutely! As long as there is an adult present who will make sure the safety rules are followed
They are very safe!
Question: How much space do I need?
Answer: Please provide an additional 5 feet around each side of the inflatable and make sure there is
enough overhead clearance of tree branches. We will not set up our inflatables under or near
overhead electrical wires. Also please make sure there are no buried cables or
irrigation pipes where we will be securing the inflatable with 12 inch stakes.
Question: Is there anything I need to do before you arrive to set up?
Answer: Yes, check the area where you want your inflatable set up, and make sure the area is clear
of any debris, rocks, sharp sticks, animal droppings, etc..

Question: Do you deliver to parks?
Answer: sorry, we do not.
Question: Are you licensed and insured?
Answer: YES!!!
Question: Do you require a deposit?
Answer: In most cases we do not.
Question: I want a waterslide and have well water, is this okay?
Answer: As long as you have a water purification system that we can hook up to there should be
no problem. However, rust can permanently stain the slides and if this occurs a cleaning
fee may be incurred.
Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a need to cancel or reschedule.
Question: How often do you clean your moonwalks/slides? Are they clean?
Answer: We CLEAN AND SANITIZE every inflatable EACH AND EVERY TIME !!!!
